În loc să urmăm soluțiile tradiționale, am ales materiale care reduc impactul asupra sănătății și asupra planetei:
- folosim lemn certificat FSC, provenit din surse gestionate responsabil,
- am integrat materiale low‑VOC, care asigură un aer interior mai curat și mai sănătos,
- am ales o mochetă “carbon neutral” (Interface – Carbon Neutral Floors™), astfel încât podeaua să arate bine fără să „coste” planeta,
- fațadele cu geamuri ample permit mai multă lumină naturală, reducând nevoia de iluminat artificial, ceea ce scade consumul de energie electrică,
- iar sistemele noastre inteligente de ventilare, răcire și recirculare a apei ajută la reducerea consumului de resurse. 💧 📉
Același principiu se reflectă și în detaliile de zi cu zi: înlocuim plasticul de unică folosință cu recipiente din sticlă, încurajăm colectarea selectivă și promovăm alternative prietenoase cu mediul în toate spațiile comune, pentru că fiecare alegere mică contează. ♻️
Ce poți face tu? Alege azi transportul alternativ - bicicletă, mers pe jos, metrou sau chiar un drum împărțit cu colegii. Un gest simplu, un impact real. 🚲 🚌

It’s great to have good neighbors. So we’re excited to announce that @Telenor Sweden and @Telenor Connexion will be joining us when they move into our landmark office development Olivin in western Kungsholmen, Stockholm.
When Olivin opens its doors this November, it will be the best a workplace can be. With 23,000 sqm over 11 floors, it has been designed to save energy and reduce carbon emissions at every step. Based on the concept Business in Balance, it will offer amenities including conference and dining facilities, rooftop terraces, a gym and bicycle parking.
As well as being Telenor’s new premises from 2028, Olivin will also be headquarters for Skanska Group and Skanska Sweden – the whole building is now 87% leased. We get to move in this November – Telenor, we’ll put the coffee on.

We’re pleased to announce that @Telenor has signed a 10‑year lease agreement for their Swedish headquarters at our Olivin office development i Stockholm.
Our teams are currently finishing off construction of Olivin in western Kungsholmen – one of Stockholm’s most attractive and fastest‑growing areas for both work and living. It offers excellent transport connections, a mix of residential and commercial environments, and a wide range of services.
We have already signed a lease for our own new headquarters in the same building, and will move in later this year. With this agreement, Olivin is now around 87 percent leased, with a limited number of office spaces still available.
