Câteva idei care ne-au atras atenția:
👉 Conceptul de „normal" în design se aplică unei minorități surprinzător de mici. A proiecta un birou pentru un om „mediu" nu este recomandat, deoarece mai puțin de 10% din populație corespunde acestui tipar.
👉 Designul neuroincluziv înseamnă, în primul rând, opțiuni: zone de lucru individual, spații de colaborare și zone de relaxare, adaptate diverselor nevoi de sunet, lumină, temperatură și tip de activitate.
👉 Birourile proiectate pentru persoanele cu sensibilitate ridicată (la sunet, lumină și alți factori de mediu) duc în final la mai puțin stres și burnout și la o performanță mai sustenabilă pentru întreaga echipă.
