Just one week after the official opening of the first building in Green Court Bucharest, the Swedish developer Skanska announces two new tenants for the building: 1 Minute (convenience & hot snacking) and Best Chef (restaurant).
LS TRAVEL RETAIL Romania has leased over 73 sqm in the first building of Green Court Bucharest where they will implement the 1 Minute concept, in January 2015. It is the 15th store opening in the 1 Minute network and it will offer a wide selection of food and beverages (sandwiches prepared in the location, freshly baked pastry products, coffee, refreshments etc.) and convenience products (tobacco, press).
1 Minute is an international brand, particular through its modern design and friendly atmosphere.
The other new tenant, CORPORATE MANAGEMENT EVENTS, a Romanian company operating restaurants in office buildings in Bucharest under the brand “Best Chef”, leased 600.60 sqm on the ground floor of the first building and it will service the entire office project. The caterer, which now has 4 other restaurants in office projects in the capital city, will offer a daily variety of hot meals for the Green Court Bucharest tenants. Best Chef will be inaugurated in February 2015.

The first building of Green Court Bucharest offers 19.500 sqm in 12 floors above ground and 280 parking lots. The building is now 90% leased to Orange Romania and Schneider Electric Romania, who will be completely moved in by spring 2015.
Green Court Bucharest is developed with sustainable solutions which minimize the building’s environmental footprint and significantly reduce its operating costs. The modern technologies such as the energy efficient double skin facade and the illuminating system equipped with motion and intensity sensors will guarantee a comfortable work environment. Special parking places and facilities for bicycles, a green interior courtyard with free Wi-Fi and charging plugs for electrical cars will also be available.
