Campus 6 is the office complex developed by Skanska in Romania in the Central-West area of Bucharest, in the proximity of University Politehnica.
The complex will have a total leasable area of 81,000 sqm and consists of four A class buildings.
Campus 6.1, the first phase of Campus 6 complex, comprises of approx. 22,000 sqm, with eleven stories above ground and two levels of underground parking and was sold to CA Immo.
Campus 6.2 and 6.3 is the second phase of the project and comprise a total leasable area of nearly 38,000 sqm. Buildings 6.2 & 6.3 are the first office buildings from Romania to earn the WELL CORE & SHELL pre-certification and have the first 280m-long rooftop running track in Romania. The second phase was sold to S IMMO AG, an Austrian-based real estate company. Campus 6.3 has been delivered in October 2020, and Campus 6.2 in February 2021.
